Integrated Process Heat Generation

When integrated into the production process NESS systems supply your installations with all variations of temperature. Well devised concepts lead to an economic usage of heat, for example:

  • Using re-won condensed heat
  • Temporarily expanded steam
  • Waste process heat in fluids or hot gas

The integration of all of the heat consumers and heat generators allows the usage of heat at a low temperature standard.

Peaks in usage are counterbalanced and lead to the economic operating methods for all of the heat generators. Optimal storage concepts make it possible to utilise waste heat even when heat requirements are delayed.

Integrated systems offer a high level of redundancy whilst keeping down the investment costs.

Next to the thermotechnical integration the installation will also be integrated into your process controls.

Intelligent SPS-based control concepts optimise the whole systems' operating methods via direct communication with the production installations.

You have an overview of the current state of the processes at any time via NESS visualisations. Archival storage makes it possible to chronicle process data.
