Thermal Oil Heaters - Electric Heaters

Electric heaters are the optimal heater for continuous production, high-load operation and standby operation. The advantages are:

• No furnace installation, no emissions, no need to follow regulations/authorisation procedures to use the furnace.
• Gentle heating of the oil using heating elements that are constructed for low surface load.
• The heat carrier has a long service life due to the single-pipe principle that uses a controlled film temperature.
• Optimal long-life installations.
• Relatively small amount of space required.
• Heating - Electric plug-in heating element with low surface load.
• Electronic controls - Pre-heat temperature available in two, three or multi-step increments (alternatively with no increments)
• Safety - Safety equipment conforms to DIN 4754, VDI-guidelines 3033, VDE 0100, accident prevention regulations, EN 292.

Manufacturing and acceptance follows european regulations and certification such as ASME, CSA, or the Chinese Import Boiler and Pressure Vessel Safety Quality License. Please inquire for any other certification information.
