Our service does not end once we have delivered our systems. We will competent and comprehensively accompany you throughout the life-span of your installation:
- Choose to build and operate your installation using either NESS as a general contractor or as montage management.
- A 24h telephone hotline ensures that you can reach us quickly should problems occur. Even with short notice, we can help eliminate or reduce breakdowns in production in many cases.
- The experience gained by our service personnel enables us to work world-wide.
- Safety tests and inspections are carried out by qualified and registered personnel guaranteeing the necessary plant safety.
- Preventive plant inspections carried out by professional personnel help recognise early-warning problems and therefore secure the future availability of your installation.
- Modernisation and expansion of current plants.
The experience gained from hundreds of installations stands at your disposal for the lifetime of your installation.
Replacement Parts
Over our telephone hotline you have world-wide access to our replacement part storage. Here we keep all of the main parts of our installations ready to be shipped. Should it arise that a part is not available, then usually we can quickly negotiate and obtain the part from one of our approved suppliers.
We can also advise you on what parts should be kept in stock.
